Each PPC platform will try to maximise their revenues by displaying adverts based on a calculation that includes the number of clicks an advert achieves and the bid. Another smaller part of this calculation is to factor-in the relevance of the landing page offered.
Most agencies that offer PPC management services (or even automated bidding software) will charge based on the levels of the clients advertising spend (usually 10%). We think this model encourages agencies to maximise their clients’ spend.
